My descriptions are a little lengthy but it is there for your benefit. Please take advantage of all the information available to you. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser. The Land Cruiser needs no introduction. Its reputation as one of the most rugged and reliable off road vehicles is known worldwide. I would rate the exterior condition of this Land Cruiser as AVERAGE. The most attractive thing about the exterior of this Land Cruiser is that there is NO RUST on the body. Additionally, there are no noteworthy dents or scratches either. The worst thing I can say is that the clear coat is thin on the hood as you can see in the photos. The previous owner of this vehicle used it for trailering four wheelers to his cabin. The running boards and lower flares have been removed for clearence. The customer also wanted to keep his aftermarket bumper so it is being offered with no front bumper. All of the glass and lenses appear to be in tact. This Land Cruiser comes with a towing hitch, too. The oversized tires are Nitto Performance off road tires that have good tread left. In spite of their agressive tread design, this Toyota drives smoothly and quietly down the highway. I would rate the interior of this Land Cruiser as ABOVE AVERAGE. The door panels are clean and tight throughout. The carpets show well in spite of the age of the vehicle. The gray cloth interior is in great condition and is very comfortable. Of course, this Land Cruiser is equipped with the third row jump seats. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work as they should. The climate control system is in proper working order. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too. The stereo system is the original unit which powers up and sounds good. The power antenna does not go up. The driver also has control over the rear heat and air conditioning. This truck is a blast to drive. Mechanically, this Land Cruiser appears to be in good running condition. The 4.5L strait six starts easily and runs smoothly. Toyota is very good at a few things...building inline six cylinder engines is one of those things. Properly serviced, this engine is good to run infinitely. I don't have a lot of specific knowledge about the Land Cruiser. The engine keeps a steady temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The check engine light is on. I have a scan tool but I don't have the proper connector to get a code out of an OBD1 Toyota so I can't tell you what it's for. I can tell you that the truck seems to run fine. The transmission shifts smoothly. Accelleration is smooth and this truck has excellent road manners. Out on the highway, she cruises smoothly with no pulling or vibrations. The suspension and steering are super tight like they should be. The brakes stop this big truck with no issues. The power steering pump is a little noisy. It was bad when I got the truck but has gotten quiet since I've been driving it. It may have an air bubble in that needs bled or worked out. Really not much to say...Land Cruisers are difficult to find with no rust. It isn't perfect but should be a good start towards owning a very nice Land Cruiser.
