Do not let the 130,498 miles on this car fool you. This car looks and drives like new. I have owned several classic Ford-Lincoln vehicles, and several with lower miles than this one. NEVER have I ran across one that drove and gave as good of service as this particular Lincoln. Background of car: owned by a professional mechanic's garage (his wife's car). Owner always kept the vehicle maintained. When I bought the car, all I done was change the oil and put a new vacuum choke hose on the carbuerator. As I inspected all other aspects of the car: brakes, plugs/wires, cooling system, carbuerator, and suspension/seals, I found the vehicle to be in near perfect working order. This vehicle has NEVER leaked a drop of oil or transmission fluid on my garage floor or drive way. All windows, door locks, radio, CB radio, 8-track player, cruise control, inside/outside lights, and all other gadgets work properly. The seats, dash, side panels and head liner all look great. Carpets look great and car has a good clean smell. I am a stickler for detail and even the window controls and jams are clean. Air conditioner compressor was previously replaced and blows ice cold. Heat works great and controls temperature well. All ducts and defrost work with the slide of the switch as should. Even on the interstate at high speed the car never vibrates, shakes, or looses steering control. Always starts up and never stalls. NEGATIVES: Rear bumper has two small rust spots in the right and left corner. Someone has tried to replace/fix the silver trim on the driver's side window (small smoker's glass)and it won't slide down the track easily. Window motor works and this would be a simple fix (picture included). Must have a feedback score of 5 or better to bid.
