Vehicle Detail
For sale is a 2000 BMW 540i 6 Speed Manual. It has 140k+ on the odometer. I bought this car with 128k miles. It shows how much i've driven this in the last 3 years I've owned the car. This has been well taken care of. This car has NEVER been in any accident and has a CLEAN NY Title (no leins or rebuilts or salvage). This car has gone through A TON of upgrades. The car is Anthracite Grey Metallic. I can almost guarantee that this 540i has more upgrades than any other 540i for sale on craigslist. You see a a lot of postings for M5 clones but all they do is add the front and rear m5 bumper and call it a clone. My car has MUCH more than just a front and rear M5 bumper. Wheels are included in the Buy It Now Price. This car was originally from California according to the carfax. I've had it in my garage most of the time. There is ZERO rust or rot anywhere. You are welcome to bring a mechanic to check the car out. STOCK: This car is a 2000 which means it has the newer style keys and the rain sensing wipers. This is the 540i 6 Speed Sport. It already has all the sport suspension and other things that come with the sport package. ALL POWER FUNCTIONS WORK. ALL lights (interior and exterior work as they should). NO dead pixels anywhere on any screen. Paint is the Anthracite Metallic which actually is a stock M5 color that year. Paint is in very good shape with some scratches here and there but nothing major. All stock options work perfect (sunroof, power locks, power seats, power steering, memory seats, memory steering position, power shades, power windows, etc..) List of UPGRADES: EXTERIOR: -Front and Rear M5 polyurethane bumpers from Umnitza Tuning -Power fold M5 side mirrors with OEM driver and passenger folding modules from a real M5 -M5 Rear Lip Spoiler -OEM M5 Fog Lights -M5 Side Sill Door Plates -M5 Side Door Mouldings (M5 Badge Replace with BMW Motorsport International Emblem) -Depo Front Headlights with 6000k HID's From ApexCone -LED Angel/Halo Lights from Umnitza -Rear Clear Tails with CCFL Parking Lights from DDM Tuning -35% Tints all around -M5 Black Out Kidney Grills -Front M5 Bumper Grill with Custom Aluminum Air Ducts -VIS CARBON FIBER HOOD painted to match car -CARBON FIBER Dual Exhaust Diffuser Panel -Racing Dynamics / RD Sport RD2 19" Wheels (19x8.5 fronts and 19x9.5 rears with good tire tread) They are REAL Racing Dynamics ordered from RD Sport in California at $400 a piece. Not a scratch on them. Most dual exhaust systems have to remove the spare in order for a dual system. You can see above how much work i've done on this car in the past 3 years and i've driven it less than 15k miles since then. I see people asking $8000-10000 for their 5 series and all they have is the M5 bumpers, wheels and nothing else. Must see to appreciate. NO TRADES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Located in Deer Park NY. More pictures upon request. This is how the car looked with a previous different set of wheels
