1992 GEO TRACKER CONVERTIBLE 4WD AT AC OK Tracker fans, here is a beauty! You are looking at a 1992 Chevy Tracker. She has just over 150,000 miles, which if you know anything about the much sought after 1.6L Geo motor that is in it, you know that its just now getting broke in. Geo made some awesome little cars in the 90's and right now they are some of the most sought after rides around due to their proven dependability, and their amazing gas mileage. This Geo is a 4WD model, and it has an automatic transmission. This can be a hard to find combination. Also, one question so many people want to know about these cars, does it have working AC? This has the original working AC, and it blows ice cold! As you can see on the vehicle history report, no accidents! Car has existed in rust free areas most of its life! I have had this car for approximately a year and a half, and it has just been a weekend cruiser with no major mileage put on it since we have owned it. We have recently moved and our parking is limited so unfortunately, this toy has to go. The only thing I have done to it since I have owned it is replaced the water pump about 150 miles ago, and replaced the battery terminals. This Tracker has no oil leaks that I am aware of, it doesn't smoke or use any oil. Although, I'm not 100% sure, I would say this Tracker is all original, unmolested. So, if you are looking for an original one to keep in this condition, great, or if you want one to trick out, you will have one that has a clean palate for you to work with. The only known issues is the turn signal when you try to put on the left blinker you sometimes have to tap it a 2nd time to get it to turn on. The radio works but the CD player does not play CD's. There is one slight dent that can be seen in the pics, but it is very small. Tires still have some life left, my mechanic looked at the breaks this summer and said they had about 50% life left. This has been adult owned all of its life per the history I got from the previous owner. There is little to no rust, and the engine compartment looks great. The exterior could use a good scrubbing. It is painted a flat white color and it tends to dirty up quickly. It has been a southern car its whole life. I don't take it to the beach and four wheel in it, I just drive it up and down ocean boulevard on nice days. The top doesn't leak and fits well. There really isn't much negative to say about this car. It does have a clear title in my name. So, if you want to come test drive it, great! Just contact me to set up a time. I do have the vehicle listed locally so if it is sold I will be taking down this listing. I know someone will ask if I feel it is safe to drive this a long distance. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere, that being said, you are doing so at your own risk. Any car could break down on a long journey. If you are going to have the car shipped, I have worked with auto shippers in the past and I will get the car to a local pick up place at the fee of $1.50 per mile for anything over 15 miles from Myrtle Beach. I will deliver up to 150 miles for the same fee of $1.50 per mile. I can pick you up from the Myrtle Beach airport and you can drive this car home.
