Vehicle Detail
1992 Mercedes 500SL, taupe exterior with tan interior. Overall, this low mileage car is in really nice condition with few minor exterior blemishes and tears in the driver's seat - see pictures. Regularly serviced, all records available. Soft top including glass in perfect condition, as is hardtop. Tires have under 7,000 miles on them. Both driver and passenger air bags. Dealer installed radar detector and Garmin GPS holder with build-in power cord (GPS not included). Hardtop stand as well as garage-roof-mounted manual lift/storage system included. I have purchased the car brand new and enjoyed it ever since. Just bought a new SUV which will be more suitable for a 70-year old with knees and back issues. The car is sold as-is, and you can inspect it, or have it inspected at your cost. PayPal deposit, cash or cashier's check balance. On Nov-17-11 at 11:54:12 PST, seller added the following information: In response to inquiries, I am adding the following: No accidents except minor dents to the front grill while parking, hard to notice, see photo. No body or paint work. Minor scuffs and scratches as shown, and I can supply additional photos. There was power steering fluid leak, pump was replaced. New engine mounts, last spring. Radiator replaced in 07, hose connector broke off while hose was being replaced. A/C works fine, so do all vents. There were repairs over the years (antenna motor, window motor, transmission pan gasket, some hoses, bushings, hood liner, etc.), all documented. Car was garaged from day one, no suspension or engine “clunking”.
