2500 Chevrolet Express van. Made in 2002. White exterior, black interior. The van runs; however, some parts are very worn. Door handles missing from driver's side and side sliding door. Must enter van through passenger's door or back door (back door does not close completely). Backseats have been removed; driver and passenger seats remain. Also, the radiator isn't functioning properly, and burns oil. Sold as is. Due to the regulations pertaining to the selling of items bought with University/State funding, there are several stipulations to buying the items we sell on eBay. Please read all of them before bidding on an item as we do not offer refunds. · Items purchased cannot picked for 24 hours after end of auction so that we may have time to prepare the necessary paperwork, remove from inventory, and have the items set aside and ready for you to pick up. Items are available for pickup 8-10:30 Monday- Thursday. · We do not ship items. We offer local pickup only and only make arrangements with the buyer directly. All Items are Local Pickup Only and will only be delivered to original Purchaser. Shippers, agents, or other designees of purchaser may not pick up or take possession of purchased items. Please bring your own adequate manpower to move and load items. If you are the winning bidder and pay for your items, you will not be refunded because you are unable to pick the items up. Please decide before you bid on whether or not you are able to pick up your items. · For vehicles we prefer cashier’s check. Upon pickup we must have a copy of your Driver’s License on file. · If you are tax exempt, you must message WKUsurplus to get an application for us to have on file for your business and we will need a copy of your tax-exempt permit as well. We must have this before we can take off taxes from your transaction. · WKUsurplus is not authorized to release items to anyone other than the person named in eBay as the winning bidder for the auction without the written authorization of the winning bidder. The written authorization must include the name and driver’s license number of the individual picking up the items in your place. They must be able to show their driver’s license upon pickup. · All items are sold as is with no guarantees, no returns or refunds. Some items may have broken, worn or missing parts. All sales are final. The winning bid is considered an agreement to purchase and is final. If payment is made via PayPal and the winning bidder fails to pick up the item he will forfeit his PayPal payment. Items must be both paid for and picked up within 3-5 days of the close of the auction. If they are not, the items will be relisted. The WKU Recycling and Surplus Department handles eBay business from 8-10:30 Monday – Thursdays. During these hours we post items to eBay and have open hours that you may come and pick up your winning items.
