Vehicle Detail

1968 Lamborghini Islero Most Isleros are not for sale, and may never be. There are less than 200 of these cars left in the world today. Most owners agree they are too great of an investment to sell. Prices will continue to rise. Make Me A Realistic Offer I apologize to the other Islero owners for such a Low price, but I will sell this car. Please only contact me if you are interested in buying the car. Look at my over 10 years of feedback. You MUST contact me by phone BEFORE bidding or I will cancel your bid and Re-list. Market conditions are much Higher than I am selling my car for. If anyone thinks my price is an indicator of the market, then you may never own one."My car is way below market." Save $30,000.00 or More. I am confident that this Islero is the best buy for the money in the market today. NADA book value: Low: $87,500 * Average: $111,300 * High: $180,500 "My Islero is Much Better than Average" If you are looking at this auction, you know about this very important piece of automotive history. It is 1 of only 125 ever built. Many of them do not still survive. My Islero is Vin # 6318. Engine # 2457. 104th Islero built.I have for sale, my last car. In almost 60 years I have owned over 30 exotics, and this one is by far the rarest. I have worked on this car for two years. The car was painted in the original color of "Argento, with Tobacco interior". Mechanical work completed just last month includes all new valves and guides, timing chains, alt. belt, coolant hoses, fuel filter, points, plugs, gaskets, oil and filter, etc. I have receipts. It has new tires. The Islero runs very nice. It was offered for sale on 1-28-69, and I have documentation from 1970. The paint is very nice. The interior is in very good condition, and I believe mostly original. The bright work, glass, lenses, etc. are in nice shape. The dash is very nice. This car underwent a major restoration in 1982 in England. I also have receipts for that work. I understand the odometer was reset at that time. I also have documentation from previous ownership confirming this. I have other documentation regarding former owners. The car currently reads 10,312 km. To be 43 years old it is in great shape. You will see the 350 and 400 series Lamborghini's listed for 350,000 and up. Compared to Ferrari"s of the same caliber, "they are worth it". I have no doubt that the Islero will hit $200,000 on a regular basis in a very short time. They have already sold for over $200K. I have this car at a "very fair, and "I believe at a price you may never see again." Many of you just witnessed a "project" Islero sell for $73,000 on e-bay. I am not knocking that gentleman"s car, but my car is miles, and tons of money, ahead of that car. Please consider this when bidding. I do not have time for casual conversation, so please only serious bidders contact me. PPI is welcomed. Sold As Is. You will not find a better price on a nice Islero, for $$ Tens of Thousands More.$$. (E-Mail me for my phone number.) "Thanks."
