1986 Grand National Must sell! Traveling with new job must sell... Grand National v6 Turbo!. Been a really fun car hate to get rid of it but no place to store it and no time to finish the rebuild. Purchased last year, garage kept until then. Last owner hadn't had much to do with it. Turbo, Transmission, body, and interior all in good shape still needs some work though. Work done so far Transmission Rebuilt (less than 5,000 miles) Turbo was rebuilt before I bought it. Spooling to 10 lbs little play 42 lb Bosch green injectors Hot Wire kit Valve cover gaskets Oil Pan Gasket New Cobra Tires New Crager Rims Coil Pack Fuel Regulator Turbo and Fuel pressure gauges Turbo Tweak Chip KN Air Filter Rear Shocks Front bumper fillers new fiberglass Work still to be done! What you need to know! Engine work and tune may need head gasket may need rebuild AC does not work everything is there very minor bubbling on paint in only two spots trunk and very small one spot on rear panel Drivers seat electric does not work front shocks new headliner alignment Some small hail damage couldnt get them to show up on pic Want to be honest with this sale, car is not perfect it is 25 years old but it is in great shape. I bought this car expecting to rebuild the engine this winter and finish the small stuff it needs. You will need to put a little time into it but I have put a huge dent in the restore and as long as you are competent with a wrench this will be an amazing buy. Especially if you are a GN guy! Upgraded parts that come with the car. Extras. Heat treated 3 1/2 inch down pipe, 2500 Stall Converter, Richmond Gear, and a ton of small parts. Really like to see this car finished! So close but there is just no way I can finish this car with my new job. I will be taking a big loss not finishing the engine work myself giving you a great opportunity to get into a genuine GN cheap! Truly Solid! Super sized the pics but it did not super size the ones uploaded before. Q and A - I would not recommend driving this car home unless you know what you are doing with the tune. again may need a head gasket or maybe just better tuning but you would be risking doing damage to the engine. I would recommend you go through the engine before you do anything more with the car. Does start and idle and drove strong until a month or so ago. Trans Turbo Interior and body in great shape but you will need to spend some time with the engine. Hence me losing thousands selling it.
