1981 JEEP CJ - 8 SCRAMBLER, Looks and Runs Great Very Reliable, Frame is in GREAT shape ( I have not inspected the entire thing but I would no rust on Frame) anywhere I saw rust on the body has been sanded and treated with POR15 Chevy 283 w/ a cast 4 barrel intake and truck avenger carb, Automatic TH350 and a Dana 300 transfer case. Wide track rears with one piece axles. It has a M.O.R.E. Shackle reversal kit on it and it drives down the road beautifully. Paint looks great from 5 feet. It has new fender flares, new dash pad, OEM swing out tire carrier ( not on yet ) . I have new shackles on front, has new power steering pump, engine balancer, and valve covers,has 33'' pro comp tires and wheels( maybe 5000 mile on them great tread). Hard top and hard doors. If you want a great looking & great running Scrambler that you can use as a daily driver ( I have had ground up resto CJ-7's that did not drive as nice) and don't want to pay 12-20K this is the one for you, also a great foundation if you are looking to restore one ( only about 30K of these were ever made) Oh yea it has 5x5 bed I love this Jeep but my wife is beating me up to sell - make me an offer Listing locally so I reserve the right to end auction early I will help with shipping but it is buyer responsibility to pay and arrange
