This is my 1970 cougar 351c with fmx automatic trans. It has p/s a/c manual brakes. This a southern car that has no rust on the body, It does need to be painted to be show quality. The paint does look ok for a driver. The underbody on this car is the best one I have ever owned it has some slight rust in drivers floor pan but the other owner patched from above so it is very solid. The other side pan, boxes and frame rails are about as good as you can get. The engine runs great it was rebuilt by the other owner, I had the fmx trans rebuilt this spring. Just a few things I have done since I have owned the car,total rebuild of the a/c system, new radiator,new tuff stuff alternator,rebuilt the carb,tune up, solid state ignition,solid state turn signal control,fuel pump. The tires are brand new and the wheels are like new. The interior is in great shape as is the headliner.The only thing that I know that needs to fixed is maybe new carpet, speedometer cable,and the paint if you want show quality.All the guages work as does the radio, speedometer works but jumps around. The headlight covers work great as do the turn signals. I need a 500.00 non refundable deposit at the end of the Auction You are welcome to come and look at the car I nothing to hide. But by the condition of the car I would not dispute it. This car has not been messed with a lot as a lot of others have.
