I am selling my 2004 Honda Valkyrie Rune. This bike is in very good condition and has low miles and runs better than it looks . It seems like anymore everybody wants to know why you are selling it ? Other than the obvious for the money, I currently have two motorcycles and my wife likes to ride with me so this bike hardly ever gets ridden. I know that there is a double seat avaiable and i have seen these bikes with one and in my opinion it completely changes the looks of the bike and that was not something I would ever consider doing . I have entered this bike in several bike shows and won 1st place every time. It is super clean and well taken care of. It has been garaged kept by me and the former owner who i know personally from church . I have done some research because I had always heard that Honda only made a few of these. I never could come up with a solid figure but the popular opinion was around 3600. If you have never seen one before or even if you have you know there is not another bike that looks like this one does. This is the chrome package Rune and has the Chrome wheels. It weighs about 794 lbs. and holds 6.1 gal. of gas. The seat height is 27.2 in. The only issue that I know that if has is that the front tire has a slow leak that takes several day to lose air, I thought it was the valve stem and had that replaced but that didnt fix it and the tire is fairly new and i cant find the leak . The tire does not have anything in it that I can see. This bike will have to be picked up Mon-Fri. between 8-3 in Tyler ,Texas due to the fact that is it financed at my credit union and we will have to get the title released and transferred out of my name at the same time. I will not ship it to you so please consider this when bidding on it. If you look it up in NADA it shows about 19,100 for average retail which is several thousand more than my reserve. This is a really nice bike that needs a new home where it get rode . Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
