Up for auction is my 1998 BMW 750iL. This car is fast, spacious, and luxurious! It has a 5.4L V12 engine, and comes equipped with assets such as xenon headlights, dual-pane windows, Electronic Damper Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The body of this car is near-mint! It has never been damaged, and is literally 98% rust-free. The interior is in very good condition, showing minor wear in a few places, but looks well above average for the mileage this car has. The leather upholstery has no rips or cracks, as can be seen in the photos and all the seats have plenty of support. The carpets have been recently cleaned. Mechanically, this car is in very good condition. It has 203,000 miles - the majority of them being highway miles, because the previous owner used it primarily for weekly business travel from Long Island to Syracuse, NY. The engine runs incredibly smooth, and idles steadily at about 600 RPM. There are no leaking fluids and no signs of smoke from the exhaust. The transmission shifts smoothly in drive, and exhibits no flaws while in reverse. The suspension is in very good condition giving a quiet even ride. The steering is very responsive and the front end is solid. All four windows and shades are in working order. There are no gas leaks, but the gas tank will eventually need to be steamed out or replaced. Replacement tanks can be found on eBay for around $400. A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of the auction’s close. Payment in-full will be required within 7 days of the auction’s close.
