1959 CHEVROLET Original 6 cylinder, 3 speed on the column. Runs, moves and stops. I have driven around the block and it shifts through the gears fine, it has NO exhaust just the manifold. Been sitting a looong time, don’t plan on driving it home. Brand new gas tank and sending unit. Solid frame just surface rust, floors have some rust I was going to just patch them. Quarters have some rust, I bought 1 patch panel and I was going to fix the rest. Glass is ok, driver side rear quarter glas is cracked. The interior is…..well, it’s there sort of…the seat frames are there, the padding and material has left the vehicle though. The dash is intact. The trim seems to all be there in the trunk plus a few extras. I had planned on patching it and painting it flat black, put some dummy spots on it, put some padding on the seats and cover them with an Indian blanket and use it for a driver, but life happens…..the truth is I just have to many cars and some of them are going to go. Check my other auctions for a 1964 Chevy, 1957 Chevy and a 1965 Chevelle later this week. I have a clear title for this car but I haven’t transferred it into my name yet, if this is an issue I will have it put in my name but you have to pay the $120 and it takes Illinois about 7 weeks to issue a title I have a guy locally that can deliver with in 1000 miles for $1.25 a loaded mile. As long as the car is paid for I can store it inside for a while if needed. Your welcome to come inspect this vehicle before the auction ends and I highly recommend it , I have perfect feedback and I want to keep it that way.
