Up for auction is this 1949 Ford 2 Door Sedan. This shoebox Ford has a 289 V8 motor with a C-4 automatic transmission in it that does run and drive real good, but does still have the rebuilt original front end. The brakes have all been rebuilt and all four corners are drum. The car has had alot of work done to it like: all new interior, brakes, glass, window and door seals, grill and coker wide white wall tires. I do have the set of hub caps and beauty rings for the wheels and fender skirts, just not on. This car is very solid but has had some minor body work and has had the floor boards replaced. The trunk pan is real solid and has only had the bottom of spare tire holder replaced. All lights and turn signals work,. The only things that do not work on the car is the radio, wipers and the clock. This car is not perfect and is not a show car but very nice and cool looking driver.
