The vehicle was sold to us having fresh water damage. The water appears to have gotten just the carpet wet. We pulled the carpet and padding below it, steamed cleaned them, and allowed them to dry over the weekend. We re-installed the interior and checked all of the fluids for water contamination, there was none found. The vehicle runs and drives excellent with no issues found in the engine, transmission, suspension and/or cooling. Everything works properly on this Civic. About The Title Michigan rebuilt salvage titles are processed just like a clear title in most states. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections. If you plan on driving this vehicle a long time, not immediately reselling it, you will certainly save many thousand of dollars over a clear title vehicle.
