So this is my 1996 Honda Civic DX (Base Model) that is in extremely well-kept condition! I am the second owner and this car has never been in any accidents (which is extremely rare) which means that the car is all original parts and will hold up longer. This car gets, on average, 36 MPG, and has 136,101 miles on the odometer, an average of 9037 miles per year. Everything in this car is completely functional and in great condition: 5-speed manual transmission, tilt wheel, manual windows, upgraded JVC HD Radio stereo with CD, Pioneer speakers, new floor mats, carpet is in almost perfect condition, and the upholstery is in perfect condition except for a small burn hole in the back seat that can be seen in the pictures. Regardless of the burn hole, this car has never been smoked in, to my knowledge, and definitely does not smell like smoke. Just to be completed clear, this car has a great heat/ventilation system that works well but it does not have A/C, so this car would probably be preferable for someone living in a cooler area of the country. Additionally, the exterior is in phenomenal condition and has clear glossy paint and clearcoat that has been waxed annually and washed by hand with ZipWax Car Wash solution but it does have a few minor door-dings, as to be expected with a car of this age. That said, this car comes with complete service records from the previous owner and myself and has been very well cared for. It has had very regular (every 3500 miles) oil changes and air filters changed once a year. It has had the full fluid change service, timing belt/water pump/thermostat replaced, fuel filter replaced, a transmission flush, new spark plugs, new Interstate battery and 80K mile Michelin tires within the last 15K miles (both which have transferable warranties), new brake pads and rotors about 15K miles ago, and a brand new exhaust manifold/catalytic converter and oxygen sensor that were just put in! Basically, this car is in great shape and ready to be driven another 150K miles and at a KBB value of $2540, this is a great buy!
