Vehicle Detail

Hey folks, fonzie here. what we have here today is a 1992 buick roadmaster estate wagon, with a 5.7 liter engine. shes an old gal with her share of stretch marks "rips in the front seats"..lol and her sexy blonde hair is now "dirty blonde carpet"...lol . a few "pimples "rust spots here and there may have some i am not aware of. but she has been very reliable .would be a great work vehicle or spare etc...great for fishing, first car, extra car what have you. we had the woodgrain removed and it is in primer sealer. where the woodgrain was.SOME OF THE PICS WERE TAKEN DURING THE COUPLE WEEK STAGES I WILL UPDATE THE PICS monday or tuesday. also the rims are alloy aluminum black. not steel wheels. but she has no dents and hardly any dings. she is pretty good on gas. 20+ miles per gallon..and has a working radio and cold air. she does need a headliner. check out her awesome carfax score... how about that.!!!!! :)... i hate to see such a great car sit now that we are not going to need her any longer,,heck i could drive it to the scrap yard and get $738.99 for it in the weight. so my starting price is less than what i could scrap her for.. but she is not ready for the scrap yard. with some tlc you would have a fine auto... my sons friend tints cars for a living so his buddy just did fresh window tint as well. since she was going to be my sons.. but he bought himself his dream 4x4 truck instead.!!. i feel that she could be cleaned up to make a pretty decent looking car. or just drive it like it is and call it a day...being that the car has lots of highway miles she is being sold as is to the highest bidder.she does not leave any tranny or oil spots behind.. so as far as i can see by eye there are no oil or tranny leaks either and have not had to add oil or tranny fluid. or see any leaks in her driveway or at the workshop. i will make sure to be home to assist in shipping anyway i can, but at your expense. this vehicle was in the same family since 1995.. and i know it has had all maint. I MEAN ALL >>> also her a/c was upgraded to a newer one and converted over. her timing belt was changed all oil changes. etc.. she may not be pretty gal on the block but was always a perfect running vehicle with no problems .. sure feel free to inspect the car.>>> but bidding is not a right to inspect. its a contract... the car runs drives and shifts as should with working lights, horn, signals, etc. but keep in mind you are a buying a used older vehicle with high miles. so no warranty is implied or given.. i am not a car dealer. nor a mechanic. so with that said and also being that i am not a dealer, you have no B.S prep fees. etc. as long as the car is paid in full you can take your time picking her up also !! we have plenty of room to keep it stored for you within reason..if needed... we can discuss that.. thankyou fonzieOn Sep-27-11 at 14:15:15 PDT, seller added the following information: well folks if your looking for a cool ride to make look pretty again this is it. the very hard work was done.. removing the nasty faded woodgrain was a job and a half.. then sanded and primer sealed. you could even get a macco 199 paint job white again and probably make money on this. i have neither the time nor desire. we just dont need the reliable roadmaster any longer. thanks and here are the new pictures as requested .On Sep-28-11 at 08:37:30 PDT, seller added the following information: i reserve the right to end aution at anytime. if this does not sell for more than i could scrap it for why would i. honestly folks... i have a good heart but i also need to not loose money.. it cost me fifty just to list the car. then paypal screws us. as does ebay as well. with ebay fees and such i would loose money. , i hate to bring this type of car to a scrap yard just because it needs a few tlcs.. but it seems bidding has stalled. i will hold on and see!.. could be just the sniper people we all know are out there.. cause this car all day long should be worth a thousand bux. but im trying to be fair without hurting myself as well.On Sep-30-11 at 08:07:40 PDT, seller added the following information: hey folks here is a video of the roadmaster thismorning 9/30/11 11am running stopping shuting it off then restarting.. its a youtube link just learning how to do this so bear with.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxvWhJU4tosOn Sep-30-11 at 16:17:06 PDT, seller added the following information: well i have a guy offering me 900 to pull the ad.. you know who you are.. but at this point i really cant. its well worth in my opinion over 1200 bucks,. but i said i would let it ride if it beats the scrap yard price.. wich kinda pissed me off. but i would rather see a person get a reliable car than some scrap yard that if they are gonna give me 725.. or whatever it was.. and probably make 1500 off it in parts.. i would rather a regular person get it.. so i will not pull it now and best wishes and great luck to whoever wants it.. im happy for ya... go for it...
