Owner since 1993 (2nd). Truck has never been lifted and used off-road very little (ocassional hunting trip during the fall). Primarliy used as transportation to and from work. Truck has 700R-4 transmission with overdrive and is geared .308. Factory a/c (needs compressor seal).Truck easily returns mid 20s on fuel mileage when driven at normal highway speeds. All driveline components receive fluid changes 2x year regardlessf if needed or not. Coolant always changed once per year with 50/50 distilled water and prestone. Rotella T15w-40 for the engine every 3,000 or less since I've owner. Engine does NOT use any oil on this interval and maintains good oil pressure. Glow plugs changed every 2 years and are due now. Recent transmission rebuild to include all available upgrades for the 700R4. Only change I made was to replace OEM torque converter (1600rpm stall) to a heavy duty (1300rpm stall) to take avdvantage of off idle torque. Top is easily removed for spring and summer driving if you like. Truck has BF Goodrich tires in 31x10.50 (%70 tread), and is the only tire I have ever run on this truck. Also rear glass is new and I replaced window tracks and new motor.Also replaced hydro-boost unit on brakes. Also added a satellite radio that is permanenly mounted under driver seat, and truck was repainted in 2005, entire body is solid w/o rust. Only rust I can find is 2 spots on hood, and this is just surface rust. Truck is very dependable and can easily serve as a primary vehicle for someone who needs it. I'll list below all things that will require attention if purchased. Rear brake pads, control switch for rear glass, a/c compressor seal, glow plugs, truck has 2 rust spots on hood as seen in front pic. Belts and hoses are good but, I would recommend changing all belts and hoses as preventative maint. On Sep-24-11 at 13:08:42 PDT, seller added the following information: Vehicle report shows 3 owners, title transferred from my dad to me, vehicle never changed hands. My dad made original purchase from the original owner. Also forgot add earlier that on the removable top, left side, front window there is crack in the glass and small louver is missing.
