The description you are reading is my honest opinion of this vehicle based from my experience driving this car and my observations about it. While I strive for complete accuracy in my descriptions, you are bidding on a used vehicle with miles in excess of 100k. I cannot guarantee anything. I am not a mechanic. I do not have the training or equippment to offer a professional mechanical inspection of any kind. Each bidder is encouraged to come see this vehicle in person before bidding. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very nice 2000 Ford Focus ZTS sedan. As you can see, this is a great looking vehicle that was traded at a local Dodge franchise. I would rate the exterior condition of this Focus as ABOVE AVERAGE. There are no dents, dings or scratches worth mentioning. There is a small sized spot of rust (about the size of a flattened penny) above the third brake light. The paint shines very well all around this vehicle. All of the glass and lenses appear to be in tact. This is a very well optioned Focus. It has special alloy sport wheels and good tires all around. This is a great looking Focus. I would also rate the interior of this Focus to be in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout. The headliner is clean and in tact. The gray leather upholstery is in great condition and shows no signs of excessive wear. This Focus is unusually well optioned and includes power windows, locks and mirrors which all work properly. The climate control system is working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air. This Ford comes complete with its original manuals in their original case as well as two keys and two remotes for the factory keyless entry system. The stereo is the original Ford CD sound system which works and sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean, too. Mechanically, this Focus appears to be in good condition. The ZTS model is outfitted with the more desirable 2.0L DOHC Zetec engine. She starts, runs and idles great. I saw no leaks or smoke coming from the engine. It makes great power, which makes accelleration easy. Her road manners are excellent. In fact, this is probably the nicest Focus I have ever had. It drives strait down the highway with no shakes, rattles or pulling. Even at speeds approaching 100 mph, she is smooth as silk. The suspension and steering are nice and tight. The brakes stop the car as they should. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. There is an airbag light that stays on. Otherwise, there are no known issues with this one.
