1931 Buick Sedan Rat Rod Petty hard to find one of these laying around .... This is a ground up professional build , Custom boxed frame , 4 link suspension , fully adjustable ride height for looks and comfort, adjustable Coil Over Shocks, 4 Wheel Disc brakes (disc on rear as well) ,3 inch drop axles. There were hours spent on the frame build what you see (please view all the underside pictures to appreciate the craftsmanship).The body has professional 4 inch chop , welded in metal and flat painted by Memory Lane Rods, the tank was center mounted in the rear with all new lines and filler neck placed window center (just the "cool factor") . I was asked if they wanted me to weld up the Bullet Holes in the rear of the car , because there were no other bullet holes anywhere else we agreed the Original Bullets Holes would add to the orginality to the car and wanted to expose the history (again "cool factor") The Engine has less than 1000 miles on a 468 Big Block (I will find exact) and runs excellent, the high rise Dual 4 Barrel intake and carbs are jetted and tuned just right , starts right up and has instant response , the intake is polished and the carbs are fresh, there are multiple intake air cleaners but I am selling with the cleaners shown. The Exhaust was cut, welded and Jet Coated , the sound absolutely awesome , not loud at all, tuned just right and look unbelievable.The aluminum radiator is new and ordered for big block to keep cool , Mallory ignition , working guages , working blinkers, working emergency flashers. working lights Chrome Alternator and pullies,stainless fan , special custom wheels, finished interior and sealed glass as shown makes this far steps above most Rat Rods. Other than the amount of time the rig has been sitting in storage this is just as high quality as you can get, the battery is good , the fuel was old but I ran it out and changed it , it cleaned up nice, the rear tires do not leak down but i know that they are supposed to be tubbed if you are going to keep them , the fronts were borrowed from my Chevy and will be sold with chome steels and good tires in the front, nothing special but I wanted not to forget to post. The vehicle is being sold as is , where is with a signed ,written bill of sale and represented as is for parts. We are moving in 90 days or less , we need the funds much more than the thousands invested (probably take $28-$30k) , I will sell at No Reserve but want to be assured that the winner pays within 3 days without hesitation, you can come look at it or send an inspector out to verify the quality.
