I have owned the car since Jan 2007 and I searched for 18 months before I found this two owner vehicle (Autocheck suggests 3 but I am going on previous owner version) with just over 24,000 miles on the odo. I had passed up on many other slant noses during my search as they were tired or had mechanical issues, but this one popped. I had a PPI done before I purchased and comp/leakdown was fine (copy available). Body and interior are in as new condition and the inside still has a leather smell. The color is a very rare factory Carmine red (G4) with Champagne leather interior. I have had the vehicle serviced 100% by Wicky Laurie at Renntag Motorwerks in Nashville. I have replaced the clutch (rubber centre perished and out of balance), replaced speakers (rubber edges also perished), upgraded the stereo (Alpine with IPOD interface), front and back lid struts, engine insulation pad and the CD ignition unit and coil. The AC works fine and has just been topped up. All receipts available. For those who know these cars, you will see from the option codes this is not a factory slant however in my opinion the conversion was first class (all steel) and the overall condition and garage queen care overcame any hankering I had for the 505 code. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity, two sets of main keys with working lights, alarm keys and glove box keys. Also has a snap on car bra and sheep skin seat covers. I never used the car bra or sheep skins as I preferred the car as is. Also has a red, fitted car cover. The car has always been garaged and if you believe the two previous owners, has never been driven in the rain. I would love to keep the car and I am sure I will regret selling my boyhood dream but my GT3 has arrived and I simply have no garage space. Perhaps the emission check station rounds up or down? Bottom line is I have only added just over 6K miles in the four years I have owned the car.
