Vehicle Detail
For sale is my 2001 Suzuki Bandit 600 S (GSF600S). This bike is being sold as is for parts or repair due to a damaged frame. There is less than 4,000 miles on the bike. The motor and frame are what was originally on the bike. The front fork when fully tightened to the frame causes a slight offset in the front wheel. The previous owner of the bike did not inform me that there was any damage to the frame, and actually allowed me to ride the bike home. After dismantling the bike, and measuring the frame, I found out that there is some minor damage to the front of the frame. I am not sure if the frame can be repaired, I simply put the bike back together so that it could be sold and rolled onto a truck or trailer. Everything on the bike works, the motor and carburator are in immaculate condition. Even most of the plastic is in good shape. The only visible damage to the bike is some cracks in the front fairings, and a dent in the fuel tank. Other than that, the bike is in good condition. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK-UP, I WILL NOT SHIP. THIS BIKE WILL BE SOLD AS IS WITH NO TITLE. The motor on this bike is worth more than what I'm asking, I just don't have any of the tools I need to strip this bike down. I am not here to lie to you, my loss can be your gain. If you have any questions you can e-mail me. **EDIT 9/13/2011 11:01 AM** I have been informed that the front fork actually belongs to a Suzuki Bandit GSF1200S. I believe the only distance is that there are 6 pistons in the front disc brakes, as opposed to four, but I am not entirely certain. ALL FLUIDS HAVE BEEN DRAINED, AND THE CARBURETOR WAS TAKEN OFF TO BE SERVICED, BUT IS NOW BACK ON.
