Terms of Sale Private AuctionThe buyer will submit a $1000 deposit 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 10 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before removal of the vehicle. If deposit or balance is not received within time frame indicated, buyer may forfeit their deposit, right to purchase, and the vehicle will be re-listed. Vehicle must be picked up no later than 30 days following end of auction (above payment terms must be met). A $10/day fee may be assessed if not picked up within the 30 days unless other arrangements are made in writing. We are always willing to work with the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs that may apply. We will assist in shipping car wherever possible, but will not deliver. If you cannot meet terms of auction, DO NOT BID!
