Up for sale is a 1990 RX-7 GXL. The vehicle does not currently run. The current registered owner lives in Minnesota but his sister has been driving the car the last 8 years in California. She did not drive it a ton in the last 8 years (as you'll see from the car fax). The RX-7 is completely stock and lady driven. The clutch went out about a year and a half ago and was never fixed (she travels a lot and months at a time). At the time the clutch went out (pedal drops to floor), the engine, transmission, A/C etc were all working great. So, as it stands, the car is whole and has a charged battery and air-filled tires. It cranks but does not start. I'm guessing what little gas remained in the tank at the time of being 'parked' has changed composition in the last year. If you're someone that knows how to fix cars, this might be a good project. Otherwise, it would also make a great 'parts car'. We do not know how to fix the car and are not interested in putting any more money towards it. The price is set low and car is sold as is. Please ask any questions. I'm not overly familiar with this vehicle myself but will try to get answers for your questions if I don't know the answer. I am the owner's friend helping sell the car. The condition of the car is great for it's age but definitely not collector condition. It was used as a daily driver in the Topanga area.
