1978 EL CAMINO, 94K ORIGINAL MILES, CALIFORNIA CAR SECOND OWNER. This is a nice El Camino, only two owners, current owner has owned it for the last 25 years. The owner is my neighbor and I'm helping her sell it. It has a strong running 350 cu in engine with 94k plus miles on it. It has a Posi rearend, AC and Cruise control. Don't know if the Cruise Control works. The AC compressor is there but the fan belt is not on it. It spins freely but may need to be replaced. I haven't driven the car except to move it to my driveway but I do know that the neighbor has been using it as her daily driver. The vehicle is in good condition as can be seen by the photos.. The salvage title came from cosmetic damage to the edge of the rear passenger fender...minor damage, hard to believe the insurance company put a salvage on it for such little damage. It has a California registration good thru Dec. 2011.Has been passing smog on a regular basis and all smog equipment seems to be in tact. I've noticed that the power steering box is weeping a bit of fluid. Have put some stop leak in it which should help. Passenger windshield wiper arm needs to be replaced as well as some TLC to the interior which shows some wear to the dash and a small tear in the upper portion of the seat. There is an after market stereo with CD mounted in the dash which works very well, but, the dash bezel shows some damage. I have been a bit detailed on the vehicle but, believe me this is no construction guy trash job. Who knows, I may even consider keep it myself but, I promised I'd give it a run on ebay for one of you lucky bidders. Contact: 310-459-5717.
