Up for sale is a 1961 Jaguar Mark 2 project/restoration/parts car. My father had a hobby of restoring antique jaguars, like the black 63 mk2 pictured, and this was his latest project, sadly he passed away from cancer before being able to finish. I have neither the time nor money to finish this project and at this point its just taking up room in the garage so its got to go. The car was in in an accident that damaged the front drivers quarter and rocker panels and the rear passenger quarter, the last inspection sticker is from 1983 and the car has been stored in a garage ever since, so there is little rust or rot. My Father started taking apart the car and preparing to do the body repairs. The front quarter panel was removed and i have a replacement for it also there are new rocker panels in place. The car was complete before work started and comes with four extra doors, the hood, front quarter replacement and interior seats which have been striped out along with other parts. the dashboard and gauges are still in the car and in very good shape, worth hundred$$. The seats are in good condition and same with all the wood paneling. the interior alone is worth at least 1000-2000$. my father had the engine running back in 2006 but it hasnt been started since then. the engine is a 3.4 litre and is still in the car along with entire power-train. This is a great project car for someone looking to do a complete restoration, it is a complete car with pretty much no rust or rot and interior in great shape with a working engine!! if you have the time and money this could be a complete restoration but could also prove to be a very valuable parts car. please ask questions and i can add more pictures if requested. i can arrange to meet to look at the car. i am unable to find the title but with a bill of sale you can get title for a car this old.
