For sale is a white with black trim 1994 Mazda B4000 Pickup truck. It has 116121 miles on the odometer. I moved to New York recently, and I felt like I needed a 4x4 so I am selling my old truck. I have had it for 6 years. Prior, my father owned it for over 10 years. It has power locks, windows, mirrors, etc. It has never really been an off roader or anything like that. My Dad drove it to work and I have done the same while helping a neighbor move from time to time. The truck has never been in an accident, but when I was 15 I backed our van into it in the driveway, leaving a small dent in the middle of the truck on the driver’s side. My Dad had it professionally painted so it wouldn’t rust, but left the dent (I think because he thought it looked tough that way). I can send a Carfax report that confirms this and shows that everything else checks out ok. It comes with a tow package. I put a new starter in it a week ago (then discovered it was only a bad connection from the battery). The battery tests fine. I also had it into the shop to check out some things and here are the results: The driver side window only goes up and down with help. It needs a new motor. I have just been pulling it up and pushing it down while I push the button and it works fine. The check engine light comes on and then turns off when the truck is laboring up hills here in NY. These are steep hills, not the run of the mill Illinois landscape that I am accustomed to. The computer at the shop states that this is due to a trip in the oxygen sensor, and these sensors need to be replaced. The mechanic told me that this would likely prevent it from passing an emissions inspection here in NY, but was not going to affect the mechanics in the engine. He said I may be losing a little power from the issue as well. The truck has two new tires on the front, but will require new rear tires soon (like within a couple of thousand miles). They look “ok”. I tried to show them the best I could in the picture. Here is everything else I know about the truck: the camper is solid and doesn’t leak. The back has a black rubber mat covering to protect things and the tail floor. The inside upholstery looks great and everything is original. My mom and I have sewed holes from time to time ourselves. None of us smoke. I have had dogs in it in the past, but not for years. The inside is very clean and looks nice. The paint on the truck is ok. It will start rusting in a couple of years I’m sure, but the paint and the bottom have held up well. I treated the transmission recently with a product called Sea-Foam that reduced any hint of slipping. It works great. The differential was replaced in 2005. The AC is incredible. It takes about 30 seconds to get very cold. I’ve actually never seen anything like it. The driver side ball joint was replaced in 2008 along with new spark plugs. The engine is a nice V6, 12 liter. It has performed very well over the years. We have always had oil changes approximately every 3000 miles. The title is clean.
