If you are nonpaying bidder, you will be held liable for a $400 re-listing fee and you shall at seller option, will be liable for sellers actual damages or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.Returns: Buyer must contact us within 72hrs or 100 miles which ever comes first through eBay.
