Vehicle Detail
1969 Firebird Convertible 455 Engine with March Pulley System, New Summit Carb, Aluminum Intake, Ceramic Coated Headers 350 Turbo Transmission 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes Power Top Power Steering 22" Custom Helo Wheels and Falken Tires Kenwood 5140 TV/DVD/Navigation/HD Radio/Satellite Ready Stereo with custom kick panels Offered for sale is a customized 1969 Firebird convertible. I'm selling for a friend, and he has reciepts for over $20,000. I have seen the car in person, and it has had a ton of money spent on it. The interior was replaced with modern Camaro interior, and it was all recovered in black to match the theme of the car. The dash was painted black, and the aftermarket stereo was installed with minimal modifications. The 455 engine was installed, replacing the original 350. The car sounds great with the Flowmaster exhaust and ceramic coated headers. The original 350 transmission is still in the car, and shifts beautifully. An air conditioning compressor is mounted on the March pulley system, but nothing else A/C related is installed. The car has 4 wheel power disc brakes, power steering, and a power top. The top has the glass back window that folds, not the cheap plastic kind. The top works smoothly and evenly, and it latches well. The trunk is very solid, but you can see where a patch was done in a few places. The floors look very solid, with no soft spots. As you can see in the photos, its a pretty solid car. The previous owner installed a 400 hood and installed an original hood tach, but it doesn't work. It's wired up, so I don't know if it was a wiring error, or just a defective tach. As I said earlier, I'm selling this for a friend, so feel free to email him at snappy69@live.com . Please email him directly as it will speed up the answering process. You can call me at 941-740-2277, but once again, I'll have to ask him and you may not get a speedy answer. The car is being listed to be sold, so please let's not waste each others time. Thanks for looking, and good luck.
