You're bidding on: 1999 VW New Golf GLS - Originally retailed at $18,850 Automatic This car was a project car, owner started to modify it and lost interest Already has several modifications including new headlights, aftermarket bumpers, aftermarket air intake and intake manifold is in excellent shape It ran well about 2 years ago and has sat in storage since Mileage is 110,577 A battery is in the car and we tested it. The engine turns over but doesn't start because there's no gas. There is no reason why it shouldn't start although I can't guarantee it. You'd probably still need a trailer / chain it to your car to remove it. You might need to replace the tires before you do so. Since it's been sitting, they're pretty flat.
