I have for sale a 1971 Chevy Nova, my son traded for this car for a project. After sitting here for quite a while it was obvious he was too busy to do it so I purchased it from him so I could get it out of my yard. It is a project car, it has rust, dents, dings and lousy interior but there is an awesome muscle car just waiting to be brought out. The floor pan has rust-through and needs patch plates. The trunk is rusted out but I have a new trunk pan that goes with the car. All the windows are intact and work. The doors seem fine. There is some rust-through down low on some fenders.(See pics) The engine is a 307 with an automatic transmission. The previous owner assured us that this car has the original engine and transmission but I have not verified that myself. He also said the transmission and engine work but all I know is that I put a battery in it, poured gas in the carb, jumped the starter and it turns, fires and ran for a short time. There is an extra speedometer assembly to go in the dash, trim rings, and center caps. The wheels and tires are in good shape with lots of tread on the tires. Winning bidder will have to bring a trailer and pick this car up. I will except cash only and I will relist if it hasn't been picked up within 14 days of auction end. Please don't bid if you can't pay. This auction has only a one dollar reserve above the starting price so you know I am serious about selling the car and I don't have time to play games.
