1970 Plymouth Sport Fury Total production for 1970 2 door Plymouth Sport Fury was 7,254 units. This was ordered with the optional FP6 Frosted Teal Metallic paint. It is currently painted blue. It is also has black vinyl top and black vinyl seats. Equipped with front bucket seats. It is powered by a 383 2 bbl. V8 with an automatic transmission. Engine is matching number. The 2 bbl. has been replaced with a 4 bbl intake manifold and carburator. I still have the original 2 bbl that will go with the car. The transmission is from a 1974 440 car. The rear gear ratio is the 2.71 open 8 1/4 unit. The drivetrain has never been rebuilt, but the engine runs well and the transmission shifts properly. It has power windows and is an air condition car. Also has brake booster and power steering. The vinyl top has been replaced but done improperly. I have two partial build sheets. If you get in the car and pump the gas it will start up and drive. It will need minor mechanical and electrical work before it can be a daily driver. I do have a clear title in my name. Again, this car can not be driven home. It will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange the proper transportation. The car is sold AS IS with no warranty. There will be a $500 deposit required thru Paypal within 48 hours of the auction ending. The balance will be due in full within 7 days of the auction end. I am also advertising this vehicle locally.
