Up for Auction is a Rare unrestored 99% original conditioned Loaded 1954 Chrysler Imperial Custom Sedan (Crown?)This rare car has only 33,000 original miles and is in all original condition with all these rare options: Air Conditioning,Power Brakes, Power Steering,Power Windows, Radio,Heater, Solex Tinted Glass, Fog Lamps, Kelsey Hayes Wire Wheels, Rear Seat Radio Speaker, Winshied Washer, Outside Rear View Mirrors, Dual Exhaust,Two -Tone Paint. This car has its original drive line which consist of 331 Hemi V-8 with 235 H.P. with 4 brl. carb. The transmission is a Powerflite Automatic. This vechicle runs and drives great.The paint is all original and has some dings and scratches but shows nicely for its age except for the right front fender that was painted in the late 70's. The interior in this car is in excellent unrestored condition with an exception of a wear and tear on the carpet and would advise to have replaced.The chrome has some dings and has lost some shine. Glass is in good condition with no cracks. The 9.0 x 15 tires are in excellent condition with wide white walls mounted on the very rare factory wire wheels. The underneath of this car and trunk is all original and untouched very nice condition with no holes or rot. The exhaust is dual and could use 1 muffler replaced. I would advise before driving long distances to have your mechanic check it over since this car only averages being driven 600 miles a year. THIS CAR WAS SPECIAL ORDERED NEW WITH THESE OPTIONS BY SUPREME COURT JUDGE EARL WARREN OF CALIFORNIA,AND HE HAD A DRIVER TAKE HIM TO AND FROM WORK WITH IT.SO THE CAR STAYED IN CALIFORNIA,THEN WAS SOLD AND WENT TO NEVADA, THEN EVENTUALLY CAME TO NEW YORK 28 YEARS AGO WHERE IT WAS PUT IN DRY STORAGE TILL NOW.
