This is a very rare, very special car. It is a 1986 1/2 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2 Aero. This car was origionally designed with help from Richard Petty. Only about 1,100 were ever made. This particular car that I am selling has a rather mysterious history. In the mid 90's it was registered in Randleman, NC. This is the same town that the Petty museum and other Petty properties are. Other Details:The car also has special STP colored paint work inside the engine bay and on many suspension components. The passenger side dashboard has custom NASCAR graphics. On several places on the car there are Richard Petty signatures. I do believe however that the only real ones are on the air cleaner cover and on the trunk. I purchased this vehicle with the intention to restore it. Unfortunately I can no longer afford to put anymore money into it. I hope someone with the funds and know how can pick up where I left off. I have had the the seats redone with exactly correct material. The carpet has been correctly replaced. There is damage in the driver's side front fender. No other siignificant damage. I have all parts for the car except headliner. Please understand, this car is a project. You will NOT be driving it home. The engine does run, but the car hasnt been driven for years. Please do not bid if you can't pay. Sounds silly but gotta say it.
