You are bidding on a very good running E430 . This is a consignment car for us,it belonged to one of my neighbors and he purchased a newer S-class. The owner purchased the car as a certified preowned,from Mercedes,with 37k miles and kept it ever since. Let me start with the good part: It was allways serviced properly,it comes with a stack of service records. Car runs excellent,mechanically it handles like new.It has a lot more power then a E320 and its a lot faster,returning about the same fuel economy. New tires just installed at a cost of $783,suspension,steering are all tight,car goes on the hwy straight and quiet at 80 mph. All equipment works:windows,sunroof,radio,factory CD changer,no warning lights on dash. It has leather interior in average shape,non smoker owned. Issues found: rust,lots of rust blisters on pass side of the car,under the paint(not undercarriage),previous owner attempted to patch them,not a professional job.Dent on the front fender,drivers side,see pictures. AC blows warm,it was repaired last year,at a cost of $1600,and it started to blow warm again,do not know the reason. Blower and heat works fine. Car is not that pretty,however,it is a blast to drive,tight and smooth,was serviced properly,it can be driven anywhere without a problem. NO RESERVE.
