Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell wholesale dealer trades directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions could save you thousands over what a retail dealership might ask for a similar vehicle. Before listing a vehicle on eBay, I personally road test it so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this vehicle based on the findings of my road test. The information contained within this description is true to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Pre-bid inspections are welcomed and encouraged whenever possible. Just shoot me an email so we can set up a time to meet at my storage facility. All vehicles are sold "as-is" and are not serviced or reconditioned in any way prior to sale unless specifically stated otherwise. Please read the entire description and review all photos carefully before bidding or asking questions. Everything I know about each car (both good and bad) is fully disclosed in this description. Up for a NO RESERVE auction toady is a 2000 Honda Civic DX coupe. This one is finished in black and appears to be in decent shape. I would rate the exterior of this Honda as AVERAGE for the year and miles. The black paint shines up well to give this car a good overall look but there are some imperfections. You will notice two small dents on the drivers side of the car as well as some fading of the paint on the top of the rear bumper. Otherwise, this car looks great. I did not see any rust which is uncommon for Honda products. The tires are in good condition all around and show about half tread remaining. All of the glass and lenses appear to be in tact. I would rate the interior of this Honda as ABOVE AVERAGE. The door panels are clean and in tact. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout. There are a few small stains in the headliner that would probably come out with some upholstery cleaner. The seats are all in great condition and show no tears or signs of excessive wear. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The radio is missing the face plate so the next owner will need to replace the head unit to the stereo. The trunk is clean and spacious. This is a great little car that is very comfortable to drive around in. This car is equipped with an alarm system. The remote will need a battery...or I am willing to remove the system completely should the high bidder request that it be removed. Mechanically, this Civic appears to be in great running condition. The 1.6L engine starts right up and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any smoke or leaking from the engine. During my road test, this Civic behaved very well. There were no warning lights on and the engine kept a proper operating temperature the whole time. The suspension and steering on this car feel great. Both are tight and responsive as they should be. The brakes also felt great and stop this car easily and with no pulsation in the pedal. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts as it should. Out on the highway, this Honda cruises easily down the road. There is no pulling and no vibrations in the front end at highway speeds. You can sit back and cruise at 80mph with one hand on the wheel no problem. Fuel economy is, well, ridiculously high in this car. I have put about 50 miles on it and the gas gauge has barely moved. With just 144k miles, this Honda is just broken in. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
