Lots of time and money in this Ghia. Purchased in 2005 and restoration started. New engine not a rebuild with the proper block for 1966, one year only, less than 3,500 miles on it. Tires replaced in 2008 with top at the same time. Rebuilt master cylinder, new brakes and break lines, new shocks, tie rod, ball joints. New clutch and accelerator cables, recently replaces battery with NAPA Sealed. Converted from 6 volt to 12 volt system with new wire harness. Painted Bermuda in 2007, correct color for 1966. Has a German Mannheim AM/FM radio. European bumpers, 1966 driver’s side mirror. The pans are good and were sealed inside. There is some bondo in the rocker panels. The Ghia is recently tuned and runs great. It is very good condition but shows a bit of wear. Many extras: Dash pad, needs fitting, birth certificate, tow bar, 1966 Owners Manual. Also included is several shop manuals, paint book download. Some extra parts. Clear Florida title.
