It's equipped with a non-numbers matching 442 engine (engine code 396026G and C heads). The 344879M VIN prefix ensures this car is a bona fide 442. It also has a quadrajet carburetor, turbo-hydro transmission, and 3.42 posi rear end. It has super stock wheels with nearly new red line tires. The AM/FM radio works and has the rear speaker option. It comes with the hard to find tick-tock tachometer along with PS, PB, and A/C (needs to be charged). The steering box is new and the power train performs well. This car has not lived in snow country as the stencil marks are still visible on the frame so it has little rust, just the typical grime and scale. The exhaust flows through fairly new turbo mufflers and exits through dual trumpets. The black rally stripes look sharp and the rear wing adds just the right touch. The odometer shows 33,632. This is a great car for cruise night or weekend car shows. I've owned it for a year and am only selling it because I need to make room in m garage as I just bought my dream car ('70 Torino Cobra).
