Original 1930 Ford Model A Coupe with Rumble Seat. This is a very nice car. It runs and drives extremely well. Steering is tight. Mechanical brakes work well and stop good. All the lights and electrical components work well. It has a new 6 volt battery. It has a newer, original style rubber floor mat. The front seat is the original horse hair and rumble seat is vinyl, both with NO major rips or tears. The car DOES need the headliner and interior side panels. All the original gauges and speedometer work great. All the glass/windows/windshield are all there, work very well, and are NOT cracked. As far as I know, the car has never had any major rust or repair panels in it's past. The body is in very good condition. The paint is from an older restoration, but still in very good condition, bright, and shiney. All the panels, doors, and sheetmetal fit as good as they did from the factory.... The fabric material on the roof is in very good condition and looks like new. The engine was rebuilt less than 100 miles ago. It always starts easily and runs extremely well. The radiator works and cools well with NO leaks. The engine has a 4 blade fan and is ready for a long idle at the parade, show, or in traffic. You can drive this car anywhere. It just wants to have fun!! Just throw the kids, grandkids, or mother-in-law in the rumble seat, and your ready for a drive to the Ice Cream shop. Ihave all of the reciepts from when it was restored around 10 years ago and are in a notebook in an orderly fashion and very well documented. PLEASE, SERIOUS BIDS ONLY!! The car is located on the Southwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana. I am requiring a deposit of $500 within 24hrs, and pickup within 10 days after the end of the auction.
