Everything works on this nice condition 1982 Honda Urban Express. This is the Iowa version and is so marked. Just a hair over 6900 miles. Tires are good...chrome is good...paint is good. Missing the battery cover and one of the rear view mirrors fell out and broke. There are three small "pinholes" in the seat. Light surface rust spots on the rims (should clean up nicely). This is a running, functioning scooter. There are 17 pictures which show details. The luggage rack has been reinforced-welded and shows in the photo. NO RESERVE!! I can deliver anywhere in Iowa for a flat $75. Otherwise it can be picked up in Bloomfield, IA 52537. I do not have the ability to crate or ship it. Current Iowa Title in my name. $100 Paypal deposit. If, upon examination, you don't like the scooter, I will refund your deposit. Please keep in mind that this is a used scooter and it does show normal wear.
