If you want to look amazing driving around town, this is the truck for you... just scroll up & bid! But... if you want to take your driving to the next level & go off road, keep reading. I have wheeled this truck in the old Paragon in PA, the "Forbidden Zone" in OH, and many other East Coast venues. I have always driven it home, and then to work the next day. This truck was professionally built & maintained. I am the 2nd owner & had all of the upgrades done. Both owners are adults, it has been used but not needlessly abused. The oil has always been changed every 3K miles, and all needed repairs have been done promptly. I recently had new brakes & other repairs (listed below) made to ensure it's a solid truck before listing. This Jeep has been garage kept most of it's 14 years, and has had minimal winter driving to keep the body & paint in good shape. Off road, this Jeep has never let me down. I have climbed waterfalls & rocks, pulled several full size Chevys out of deep mud, and one H2 out of the mud up to the frame. The winch has pulled out an H1. Not that I'm bragging or anything... :) The engine is strong enough to power through mud pits where trucks with 44" tires "play". When playtime's over, kick your seat back & nap under the stars if you've removed the top & doors. Everything still works... electrical, mechanical, etc. I am willing to provide more pics & answer any questions you might have. I'm selling because I'd like to build bigger... but NYS won't let me change out the engine & still have it registered. You're getting a trail proven truck that's ready to go right out of the box. This is not a $5k truck- price out the mods & accessories as I've listed below, and you will see the value of this truck. I have used only synthetic oils in the transmission & front/ rear diffs. This Jeep has never been in an accident (on or off road), never rolled. I've had it either completely covered in mud (which is a badge of honor), or spotlessly clean & waxed. The navy blue paint still shines, as seen in the pics. Although not in showroom condition, it's still going to turn heads anywhere you go, and get you into (and out of!) as much trouble as you're willing to find. The interior had a fresh shampoo & doll- up for the new owner. The carpets have only minimal staining... see pics. There is no air conditioning on the Jeep. Rust on both fenders (but you'd want tube fenders anyway to increase flexibility), minor rust near windshield, and on right steel door. See photos. This is very minimal rust, and won't be a inspection problem for a number of years, I have included detailed photos so you don't have any surprises. Paint- carries the badges of off-road driving: minor scratching, NO body damage beyond rust mentioned above. Drivers seat is torn. You'll need to either replace the seat or use $18 seat covers. Seat is still comfortable & functional. Has not been wet, no mold/ mildew/ etc. The passenger & rear seats are in good condition as shown. Recent repairs/ upgrades: Brakes all around.
