NO RESERVE AUCTION. ALL PHOTOS ARE UNRETOUCHED. I bought this car with 3,000 miles on it. It has never left South Florida or seen snow. Always well maintained (90k service with timing belt done, $1900 service) THE VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT IS W R O N G . I hate long car trips, and I never drove this further than Vero Beach, FL. The odometer was never rolled back. It automatically said that this is a one owner vehicle, but I bought this car with 3,000 miles on it from The Collection in Coral Gables, FL. Also, this car was hit from behind around 2001. Maintenance records dating back to purchase in 1995 are available. Everything works (power top, air conditioning, power windows/locks,cruise control). Tires/brakes in excellent condition. Convertible top mechanism was repaired last year, works perfectly. The only known faults are: 1)replaced radio 2) Car was repainted in 2005 and there was a missing paint chip on the hood (photo #17) and minor dings which are touched up 3) Top of dashboard is cracked, which is standard on Florida 968s. The picture looks worse than in real life. 4) Leather is beginning to go on the passenger seat. Driver’s seat leather was replaced a few years ago. The pictures look worse than in real life. Also, there is recent discoloration to the dashboard under the glove compartment. I have not tried to touch this up. 5) Ambient temperature thermometer is not legible (this is for air temperature, not the engine thermometer) 6)The alert light is on. When hooked up to the digital car diagnostic screen, the air bag light goes on (although the air bags have never been deployed) and also the knock sensor light goes on. These are non-issues: I have driven the car like this for 2 years, just keeping an eye on the engine temperature gauge, which is the REAL alert light. 7) Lock on driver’s door wore out and had to be replaced, so there is one key for the doors and a different key for the ignition. 8)Vehicle condition is original. While very clean....there are minor flaws. There is a minor seep from the power steering system (topped off aprox 3oz over 1 year of driving), a minuscule oil leak, and other wear and tear consistent with normal use. Vehicle was garaged indoors at night from 1995-2009 and has had all service work done to bring it up to daily driving standards. I have made every effort to accurately describe this vehicle, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the vehicle.
