Before listing a vehicle on eBay, I personally road test each one so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this vehicle based on the findings of my road test. The information contained within this description is true to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Pre-bid inspections are encouraged. Please read the entire description carefully and review all photos in detail before asking questions or placing a bid. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a head turning 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. This beauty is finished in gorgeous Dark Cherry with matching Dark Cherry leather interior and factory optional chrome wheels. As you can see, this car looks amazing from any angle. The Dark Cherry paint has a mile deep shine and looks fantastic against the chrome wheels. One would be hard pressed to find anything really bad to say about the exterior of this Eldorado. I would rate the exterior of this Cadillac as EXCELLENT, a rating that I rarely give. The finish on the wheels looks good and they are wrapped in great rubber. All of the glass and lenses are in tact. Please review all the photos carefully. This is one of the nicest Eldorado's I have seen in a long time. The Dark Cherry interior of this Cadillac is very inviting. I would rate the interior as ABOVE AVERAGE. Both door panels are in tact and clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout this car. A complete set of floor mats are included. The headliner is clean and in tact. The leather seats are all in great shape and show minimal wear if any at all. The power windows, locks and seats work as they should. Even the cup holder still works properly (which is uncommon). The factory stereo system sounds great. The climate control center is functioning properly. The air conditioner will need serviced. There are steering wheel controls for both audio and climate control. The onboard computer monitors all essential vehicle functions. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Eldorado. As the new owner, you will receive all the factory books and manuals as well as its original window sticker from new and the window sticker from when it was sold to its second owner as a Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. This was originally a California car from what I can see of the original paperwork. Mechanically, this Eldorado appears to be in good mechanical condition. The velvet smooth 4.6L Northstar engine starts right up and runs smoothly. This car has excellent road manners. The suspension and steering are tight and responsive as they should be. There are no warning lights or service reminders on. The engine makes great power and there are no leaks or smoke that I am aware of. During driving, the engine keeps good temperature which is important for a Northstar. The brakes stop this car very well. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts like it should. Driving this car is an absolute pleasure. I would keep this one longer but I have two small children in car seats which doesn't exactly make driving a coupe easy. It ends up sitting more than I drive it which is a shame. I have not seen a nicer Eldorado since buying this one but having it just sit around does no good for anybody. It wants to be driven...
