This car is a pristine example of the rare "Limited Landau" finished in Firemist Red. This was Buick's top of the line flagship model for 1977 and was the most expensive model offered. Add to that the fact this example is finished in a extra cost "Firemist" dual stage paint job, and this was the creme of the crop! This car has lived its whole life in in two private collections, and always babied. According to the most recent owner, its first owner was a doctor and car collector here in the Valley and bought the car brand new. He drove it until the late 90's when its most current owner bought it. It has recently received new paint and vinyl top and really looks like a million bucks! There is no color more striking on these cars than Firemist Red with the White Landau top and stainless trim. The paint and top are fresh and look great! The car is a solid car, and with the low miles you don't have to worry about any rust whatsoever, just see how clean all of the door jambs look! All of the plastic end caps and bumper fillers are in excellent, crack-free, original condition as well. It is riding on the original Buick rally wheels with like new period-correct radial white walls. The red velour interior is mostly original in very nice condition. The pillow-top seats are in great shape and have no tares or rips and very little ware at all on the drivers seat. The back seats looks like they have never been sat in. The 8-Track works great and still sounds very good. All gauges and lights work correctly, even the original clock works great! Also the original red floor mats are present and in nice shape. The A/C blows ice cold and the system has been recently serviced. The trunk is also very nice original condition and has the original matching rally spare as well as all jacking equipment and tools. The original instruction stickers are also in place under the trunk lid. Mechanically, this Cadillac runs GREAT! This car features its original, numbers matching 403ci Buick V8, which really moves this beauty. As I said before this car has been maintained religiously by the previous owner. Under the hood is very clean and detailed and is all original. All surfaces and paint are the same it left the factory with in 1977, and still look great! The car tracks straight and rides just like a Buick should! The car has always had work done as needed during it lifetime and has had the required yearly oil changes. The previous owner also just had the transmission rebuilt, so it shifts smooth as silk with no leaks. All in all, this is one very nice, low mileage 1977 Buick Limited. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owners.
