Selling my 1950 Merc to the highest bidder (with a reserve....sorry guys/gals)! I have lowered the reserve from previously and am willing to let her go for much less than I paid back in '07. Body is all steel (Fiberglass rear wheel well covers) and in great shape. Interior has all been redone by previous owner and is in great condition. Body and interior are all '50 Merc. It all sits on a '67 Olds F-85 Chassis and is powered by a 330ci and a 2 speed Jetaway automatic tranny. The car is in great running shape but has a small coolant leak from the weep hole on the bottom of the water pump. I installed flame throwers back in '08 but have not been able to drive it much since then. They were spectacular! The speedo works and there are seperate guages for temp, oil pressure and voltage. The stock guages do not work (i.e. Fuel level). This car is not "show quality" but is fun to drive and is in great shape. Had ambitions of chopping the top, converting to independent front suspension and big block but then decided getting married and having kids was a better idea (save your jokes!).
