The 1965 IMPALA SS is a true 1965 283 turbo fire with 220 horsepower, it has had an ebelbrock intake, a holley carb, and headers added for performance. VERY GOOD ON FUEL. It was originally backed by a 2 speed power glide, but has been upgraded to a turbo 350 for easier highway driving, and has a 12 Bolt Rear end with 3:23 Ratio and seems to be a Posi as when you turn the driveshaft, both wheels turn the same direction. This car was repainted about 10 years ago (original color), the body is very clean, paint is very nice but 10 years old, very very presentable paint, beautiful trim, chrome, bezels, grille, glass and interior. Under the car looks all original, clean, detailed, new Shocks, Stabilizers & brake parts. Open the hood, it looks just about like it did in 1965.
