Must sell this excellent bike; will be losing the garage soon to a bigger car. The bike is in good condition, it does have a few scratches on the cylinder heads and side luggage/panniers from falling over one time on the right for me and once on the left for the previous owner. It fell over half way on the right side (stops on cylinder head and side bag) on my second day of owning trying to put down the center stand which is embarassing since it really is so easy to do now that I know how! I have owned this for 1 year and the previous owner was the 2nd owner having the bike for 3 years and buying it from a close friend of his. It has been well maintained by the 2nd owner whom I have stayed close with. No maintenance was due during the 1 year have owned it but I did put on brand new Bridgestone BT016 tires on 400 miles ago and new rear brake pads. No oil changes are due till 38000 miles and the final drive fluid was changed at 34000. Its in excellent running condition and only has a few scratches as seen in pictures on the cylinder head cover protectors and panniers. The bike is always garaged and plugged into its Battery Tender (which plugs right into the accessory jack). I'll include the BMW battery tender adapter with the bike as well as extra moto light bulbs. The bike has always had Amsoil synthetic oils for the engine, transmission and final drive. For extras it has a Power Commander installed, Signal Minder system (turns off blinkers after on for too long and leaves the blinkers on at low intensity as running lights), Moto lights fog lights on front forks, a large windshield which I removed but is included, heated grips and side panniers. It has the little things that make driving so much nicer like dependable shaft drive, heated grips, big seat that is plenty comfortable for two up touring, helmet lock on the frame etc. The panniers have the same key lock as the ignition and helmet lock which is very nice! This bike is amazingly adaptable, excellent for the long haul as well as the twisty moutain roads. A bike you can trust in a tight spot. This bike is fast and stops on a dime! I prefer to sell locally and have picked up here as I don't know anything about shipping but would be happy to help if it is easy enough.
