I have an 05 gsxr 600 with less than 20K miles. I have stripped it down to what it is. I have a Spiegler LSL Handlebar kit on which cost 400.00 and a headlamp that is similar to the Yamaha MT03 bike. I believe the MT03 is not sold in the US. No problems with the engine or tranny. Needs throttle body synchronization, chain may be loose, needs paint job, there is some rust here and there, and overall just some adjustments. A man in a truck rolled into me at about less than a mile per hour when we were both stopped at a stop light and broke the front fender. Forks are in good condition along with the rest of the bike, the bike fell down immediately. That was the only time the bike was down in an accident..This is what I believe to be wrong with the bike. The bike starts up every time I see it. The bike has a Micron Exhaust can, sounds great. Just had the oil changed w/ new filter and spark plugs changed about 2K miles ago. I stripped the tank down to bare metal and polished it than placed cold galvanizing spray compound until I was ready to paint it. Didn't want to spend money on paint if the bike's tank was in somewhat good condition so I never painted it. I am selling the bike because I don't ride like I want to and I have rode for the last 10 years, and I am going into law enforcement and don't want anything to keep me from pursuing that field such as lost limbs or not being able to walk.
