Up for sale is my 2002 Ford Lightning. It has 46,923 miles at the time of posting and is True Blue in color. The previous owner had many performance modifications performed by JDM Engineering in New Jersey. Here is a list of some of the components: JDM heat exchanger Kenne Bell supercharger Pro M Meter Kook's full-length headers (Jet-Hot coated) Magnaflow exhaust Rear spring lowering shackles (2") Adjustable shocks Electric fan kit Drive shaft loop Traction bar kit Cool air induction kit Boost bypass kit Pillar gauge pod kit (oil pressure, boost pressure, A/F ratio) I just took it to Paul's High Performance in Jackson, MI to have a fresh tune. He specializes in Ford performance. I asked him to give it a conservative tune for running on premium pump gas. It was dynoed at 560 RWHP and 580 lb. ft. (approximately 700 HP at the flywheel). He also went through and checked everything over and gave it an oil change, spark plugs, coolant, intercooler pump and new O2 bung. It is running fantastic. Last summer I had a brand new BTS racing transmission installed from Brian's Truck Shop in Arkansas. These are world-class truck performance transmissions. I had it built to the same specifications that JDM uses for their racing transmission with a 2400 stall. The new transmission is incredibly strong and very impressive. Currently has about 1500 miles on it and still under warranty. Per Brian's suggestion I also had a new transmission cooler from a super duty truck installed with the new trans. Between the new racing transmission and the new tune I've invested about $8000 in the past year. It also has several cosmetic modifications: Cobra-style hood (from Reflexxion I believe) ARE tonneau cover with spoiler (color matched to paint) Aluminum fuel door Locking fuel cap from Ford Carpeted bed It still has the factory rims in excellent condition. The tires are also in very good condition. It comes with two keys and two remote entry key fobs. The original owner's manual is in the glove box. I have all the receipts for the work I've had done and some faxed to me by JDM from the previous owner. This truck is very fast and in excellent condition. It needs nothing. I would not hesitate to drive it to Florida and back or throw on some slicks and head to the track. You will not be disappointed. The Lightning does have a lien through Huntington National Bank. There is a branch close by so the deal could just be concluded there and you should be able to drive home with the title.
