"To good home is Grandpa's 53 Chevy with it's original body panels and interior" This car is a straight and solid 66,000 mi. Texas car, the original interior is very clean throughout. The guages all work and are very clear and clean. The original glass is clear with no cracks. The windows go up and down very easy, this car does not leak water anywhere inside, it is a tight car. The doors open and close like new, the hood and trunk lines up even and close like new. The old girl drives straight down the road, no wandering, the brakes do not pull to the right, or to the left, stops straight and stops great. The brakes were recently replaced the tires have over 95% tread left. The front end is tight, no sloppy steering, new shocks, new water pump, fuel pump, tune up and gaskets. The original jack is in place, the trunk has the original mat & equiptment. The floors and body braces are solid, the trunk floor is solid with no rust issues. The heater and defroster works like they were designed to work. This car still has all it's original body parts and drivetrain it came from the factory with. The original glove box liner is like new with working light. The motor runs smooth and quiet, no misfiring, no noises, no smoke, the transmission shifts perfect.
